What is your guarantee?

All our conservatories carry a 10 year guarantee. Full warranty information can be found on the reverse of your order confirmation.

What does the price include?

Vat and Delivery to the UK mainland and all conservatory components. It doesn’t include basework, bricks, installation and lead flashing.

Do you deliver overseas?

We can deliver to off shore UK islands. For Europe we will deliver to a port of your choice.

Can I change the design after I’ve placed a deposit?

Yes, anything can be changed up until the point you sign and confirm the final specification.

How long for delivery?

4 – 6 weeks from the date we receive your signed drawings. Delivery can be delayed if necessary.

What PVC do you use?

Grade 1 virgin material, no re grind therefore we can guarantee against pvcu discolouration.

Do you conform to British Standards?

Yes, all components meet at least the minimum requirements for British Standards.

How is delivery arranged?

Your delivery date will be organised by our logistics partner, we will also contact you on the day of delivery approximately 1hr before we are due to arrive. Two drivers are sent and therefore no assistance is required for offloading, someone does need to be at the property to sign for the conservatory.

Do I need planning permission?

Planning regulations have recently been relaxed, the following website may assist you www.planningportal.co.uk, alternatively a call to your local authority for information specific to your area.

How will I know the conservatory will fit?

Once you have placed your deposit you will receive a full set of plans. These plans need to be checked against your site, at this stage any detail can be changed. If however you are happy with the dimension sign and return your plans, your conservatory will then be manufactured.

How easy is are the conservatories to build?

Our self-build conservatories are designed for the DIY conservatory market using a simple connect system. All structures are pre drilled and a full installation manual is provided. If in the event you need assistance we have a fitting helpline and we will talk you through each stage.

Why are your prices so good?

You are buying cheap conservatories direct from the manufacture, cutting out the middleman.

Do you do made to measure sizes?

Yes, We make all of our self-build conservatories to suit each individuals needs.

Do you fit the conservatories?

No. Although we are one of the largest manufacturers in the UK we are predominately manufacturing for trade and DIY conservatory customers.

Are you Fensa registered?

No. Fensa is an installers certificate, for windows and doors only.

Do you manufacture windows and doors?

We specialise in conservatories although we can supply French or sliding doors for the house when you place your conservatory order.

How do I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, personal & building society cheques and bank transfers.

Do you do timber conservatories?

No. We offer a high quality woodgrain effect in either traditional oak or Rosewood.
