The Timber frame building comes with a 25-year warranty against warping, cracking, splitting, rotting and fungal decay caused by manufacturing defects, when subject to normal use.

Planning Permission

For most properties you will not require planning permission for a garden room if the eaves height is under 2.5m and it doesn’t project beyond the front wall of your property. This is normally allowed under permitted development. However in all cases we would recommend that you check with your local planning authority.
